Welcome to Rivia LLC's cloud and AI cybersecurity platform ("Platform" or "Service"), a comprehensive solution designed to help businesses assess, mature, and monitor their cloud security posture through our security lifecycle framework and SOC-as-a-Service offerings. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Platform. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Key Definitions

  • "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Rivia LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company
  • "Platform" or "Service" refers to Rivia LLC's cloud and AI cybersecurity platform, including all associated features, functionalities, assessments, monitoring services, and content
  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service
  • "Client Data" refers to any data, information, or materials uploaded, created, processed, or managed by Users within the Service
  • "SOC-as-a-Service" refers to our Security Operations Center as a Service offering
  • "Security Maturity Lifecycle" refers to our proprietary framework for advancing client cybersecurity posture

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, or accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Rivia LLC. These Terms take effect on the date you first access the Service and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

  • 24/7 security monitoring and threat detection
  • Incident response and investigation
  • Security event analysis and correlation
  • Threat intelligence integration
  • Compliance reporting and documentation

AI-Enhanced Security Services

  • Machine learning-powered threat detection
  • Automated security analysis and recommendations
  • Behavioral anomaly detection
  • Predictive security insights

Data Security and Privacy

Data Protection Measures

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect Client Data, including:

Data Processing and Storage

  • Client Data will be processed and stored in CONUS (Continental United States) data centers
  • We will comply with applicable data protection laws including Pennsylvania's data breach notification requirements
  • Client Data will be segregated using logical and physical controls
  • Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures are maintained

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

RIVIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time with thirty (30) days written notice. You remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms with thirty (30) days to cure, non-payment of fees after thirty (30) days notice, or illegal activities or security violations (immediate termination).

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
